  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive construction schedules for K-12 projects in the region.
  2. Collaborate with project teams to ensure schedules are aligned with project goals and objectives.
  3. Monitor and track project progress, identifying any potential delays or issues and proactively developing solutions.
  4. Communicate schedule updates and changes to project stakeholders.
  5. Analyze and evaluate project schedules to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes as needed.
  6. Utilize industry best practices and tools to optimize scheduling processes and increase efficiency.
  7. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to schedule.
  8. Work closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  9. Provide guidance and support to junior schedulers and team members.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to construction scheduling for K-12 projects.
  11. Collaborate with the regional leadership team to develop and implement strategies for successful project delivery.
  12. Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling processes to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  14. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  15. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Project Management Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Extensive Experience In Managing Large-Scale Infrastructure And Capital Projects Within The K-12 Sector. This Includes Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting, And Resource Allocation.

  • Proficiency In Construction Scheduling Software: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Construction Scheduling Software Such As Primavera P6, Ms Project, Or Other Similar Tools. They Should Be Able To Use These Tools To Develop And Maintain Project Schedules.

  • Knowledge Of K-12 Construction Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Regulations And Guidelines Specific To K-12 Construction Projects. This Includes Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Environmental Standards.

  • Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: As A Senior Regional Construction Scheduler, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Stakeholders Including Project Managers, Subcontractors, And Clients. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills Are Essential.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management Or Related Field: A Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Can Also Be Considered A Plus.
