  1. Plan and execute complex construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  3. Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery or client satisfaction.
  5. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of project activities.
  7. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
  8. Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  10. Track and report project performance metrics, including budget, schedule, and quality, to senior management and stakeholders.
  11. Conduct project evaluations and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in construction project management.
  13. Represent the company and build relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  14. Uphold the company's values and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  15. Support business development efforts by providing expertise and insights on potential projects and opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Or Architecture.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Managing Large-Scale Infrastructure And Capital Projects.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Construction Industry Regulations, Building Codes, And Safety Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Coordinate A Diverse Team Of Stakeholders And Contractors.
