Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Project Management For Infrastructure And Capital Projects, Preferably In The K-12 Education Sector.
Strong Understanding Of Asset Management Principles And Experience Developing Asset Management Plans.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Construction Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices, Regulations, And Standards For Infrastructure And Capital Projects In The K-12 Education Sector.
