  7. Oversee all aspects of project execution, including procurement, construction, and project closeout.
  8. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project development processes.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
  13. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during project development.
  14. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  15. Uphold company values and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Project Management For Infrastructure And Capital Projects, Preferably In The K-12 Education Sector.

  • Strong Understanding Of Asset Management Principles And Experience Developing Asset Management Plans.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Construction Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices, Regulations, And Standards For Infrastructure And Capital Projects In The K-12 Education Sector.
