Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Architecture, Civil Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Construction Design And Project Management, Preferably In The K-12 Education Sector.
Strong Knowledge Of Asset Management Principles And Experience With Managing Infrastructure And Capital Projects.
Proven Ability To Lead A Team And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Liaise With Clients, Stakeholders, And Contractors To Ensure Project Success.
