Accenture is seeking an experienced Infra Tech Support Practitioner to join our growing team of tech professionals. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.The Infra Tech Support Practitioner is a key member of our IT team and will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal and external clients. You will be a problem solver and have the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies.To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and have a technical background in infrastructure and network technologies. You will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
