Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating our compensation and benefits programs, as well as developing and implementing performance management strategies.   1. Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals and industry standards.
  2. Develop and implement performance management strategies, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and performance management matters.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and recommend improvements to compensation and performance management processes.
  5. Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and provide insights to inform decision making.
  6. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and performance management.
  7. Prepare and present reports and presentations on compensation, benefits, and performance management data to senior leadership.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and performance management programs, making recommendations for enhancements as needed.
  9. Support the design and implementation of new or revised compensation and benefits programs.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on all compensation and performance management related matters.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data related to compensation and performance management.
  13. Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization, providing guidance and support as needed.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to HR and talent management.
  15. Act as a trusted advisor and resource for employees regarding compensation, benefits, and performance management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Compensation And Benefits Analysis, Preferably In A Large Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Recommendations Based On Findings.

  • Knowledge Of Current Compensation And Benefits Trends And Regulations, Both At A Local And Global Level.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Information To Stakeholders.
