
HR Analyst - Compensation, Benefits, Performance

- Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Develop and implement performance management strategies, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and performance management matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and recommend improvements to compensation and performance management processes.
- Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and provide insights to inform decision making.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and performance management.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations on compensation, benefits, and performance management data to senior leadership.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and performance management programs, making recommendations for enhancements as needed.
- Support the design and implementation of new or revised compensation and benefits programs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Act as a subject matter expert on all compensation and performance management related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data related to compensation and performance management.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to HR and talent management.
- Act as a trusted advisor and resource for employees regarding compensation, benefits, and performance management.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Compensation And Benefits Analysis, Preferably In A Large Corporate Setting.
Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Recommendations Based On Findings.
Knowledge Of Current Compensation And Benefits Trends And Regulations, Both At A Local And Global Level.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Information To Stakeholders.
