  1. Develop and implement innovative customer engagement strategies for healthcare clients to improve their overall customer experience.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis of the healthcare industry and customer trends to inform and drive engagement strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and top industry professionals to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to enhance customer engagement.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on customer engagement best practices and provide guidance and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  5. Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results that align with client objectives and expectations.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and continuously seeking opportunities to add value and drive growth.
  7. Monitor and track key performance indicators and metrics to assess the success of customer engagement strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technology to continuously enhance and evolve customer engagement strategies.
  9. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support in their professional growth and development.
  10. Represent Accenture and the Health Customer Engagement team in client meetings, conferences, and industry events, promoting our services and thought leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Customer-Facing Role Within The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Market Dynamics.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Customer Engagement Programs Or Initiatives, Preferably In A Consulting Or Management Role.
