Health Cloud Solution Architect
Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce.com and other CRM implementation engagements in the Healthcare space. Developing Salesforce implementation roadmap for clients. Good knowledge of Salesforce products, and experience implementing Salesforce for clients. Leading business and technical grooming for requirements and managing end solution optimizing Salesforce. Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality. Ability to clearly communicate solution and Solution decisions internally and with the customer throughout each project. Disseminating standard methodologies on solution positioning and delivery. Supporting pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development.
At least 4 years of experience leading solution architecture design
At least 2 years’ experience in large scale payer or provider systems
At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce.com is required
