  1. Develop and implement strategic tax planning initiatives for clients from various industries and locations.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis of geographic tax regulations to ensure compliance for clients.
  3. Advise clients on tax implications and potential risks associated with business decisions and transactions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide integrated tax solutions for clients.
  5. Review and interpret financial statements and tax returns to identify potential issues and opportunities for optimization.
  6. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely tax planning and compliance services.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized tax strategies.
  8. Mentor and train junior team members on tax regulations and best practices.
  9. Work closely with other tax managers and partners to develop and implement company-wide tax strategies and processes.
  10. Prepare and present reports and presentations on tax planning and compliance strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
  11. Participate in business development activities to acquire new clients and expand services for existing clients.
  12. Ensure all tax processes and documentation are accurately and efficiently maintained.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of tax operations.
  14. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards while handling sensitive client information.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Accounting Is Essential For A Geographic Tax Accounting Manager Position At Accenture.

  • Cpa Certification: To Effectively Manage Tax Accounting Processes At A Global Level, Candidates Should Possess A Cpa Certification To Demonstrate Their Knowledge And Expertise In The Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Tax Accounting: Accenture Looks For Candidates With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Tax Accounting, Preferably In A Multinational Company Or Consulting Firm.
