Fund Accounting Associate Manager

- Oversee the fund accounting operations for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations and company standards
- Lead a team of fund accountants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and client services, to drive successful outcomes for clients
- Monitor and track financial performance, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and presentations for clients and senior leadership
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices related to fund accounting, and proactively implement improvements and updates to processes and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members, setting goals and expectations for their professional growth and success
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests
- Ensure adherence to internal control protocols and compliance requirements, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies
- Continuously strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes and procedures, utilizing technology and automation where applicable.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Fund Accounting Or Financial Reporting
Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Accounting Standards, Such As Gaap Or Ifrs
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Financial Information To Stakeholders.
