  1. Develop and implement comprehensive executive protection plans for all executives within the company.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and create strategies to mitigate potential threats to executives.
  3. Manage a team of security professionals to ensure the safety and security of executives at all times.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and legal, to ensure that all security protocols are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Stay updated on the latest security trends and implement necessary changes to the executive protection program to maintain the highest level of safety.
  6. Coordinate with external security agencies and law enforcement authorities to ensure the safety of executives during business travel or public appearances.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, to understand their security needs and concerns.
  8. Plan and execute security drills and exercises to prepare executives for emergency situations.
  9. Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all security matters related to executives.
  10. Conduct regular audits and evaluations of the executive protection program to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  11. Develop and manage budgets for the executive protection program, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on safety.
  12. Act as a liaison between executives and security personnel to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  13. Provide training and guidance to executives on security protocols and how to respond to potential threats.
  14. Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches that may occur and take appropriate measures to prevent future occurrences.
  15. Stay up-to-date on local and international security laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

  • Extensive Experience In Executive Protection: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Providing Executive Protection Services For High-Level Executives And Their Families.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Executive Protection Manager Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Security Personnel, Making Critical Decisions, And Coordinating With Other Departments. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.
