Job Description

Looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive Protection Manager at Accenture. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level protection and security for our executives and their families. We are seeking a candidate who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and protection management, with a proven track record of successfully executing protective measures.   1. Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and procedures for executives and their families.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and create personalized protection plans for each executive.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters for executives and their families.
  4. Coordinate and oversee the activities of a team of security personnel to ensure the safety of executives at all times.
  5. Continuously monitor and assess potential threats and adjust security measures accordingly.
  6. Collaborate with external security agencies and law enforcement to gather intelligence and enhance security measures.
  7. Maintain and update all necessary documentation and records related to executive protection.
  8. Train and educate executives and their families on security awareness and emergency response procedures.
  9. Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including security logistics.
  10. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of security measures to identify areas for improvement.
  11. Stay up-to-date on the latest security technologies and trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
  12. Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including executives, their families, and team members.
  13. Manage the budget and resources allocated for executive protection.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to executive protection.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Executive Protection: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Executive Protection, Preferably In A Corporate Setting. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Threat Assessment, Risk Mitigation, And Emergency Response Protocols.

  • Leadership Skills: The Executive Protection Manager Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Security Professionals, Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Direction, And Make Critical Decisions Under Pressure.

  • Strategic Thinking: The Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically In High-Pressure Situations. They Should Be Able To Anticipate Potential Threats And Develop Effective Security Plans To Mitigate Them.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Executive Protection Manager Will Be Required To Interact With Various Stakeholders, Including Executives, Clients, And Law Enforcement Agencies. Therefore, They Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal.

  • Knowledge Of Security Technology: In Today's Digital Age, It Is Essential For The Executive Protection Manager To Have A Strong Understanding Of Security Technology. This Includes Knowledge Of Surveillance Systems, Access Control, And Other Security Tools To Ensure The Safety Of Executives And Clients.
