Job Description

Accenture is seeking an EPIC Systems Application Support Engineer with a passion for problem solving, excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. This role requires an experienced professional who can quickly learn and apply technical concepts, as well as work effectively as part of a team. The EPIC Systems Application Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and triaging and resolving software related issues, while also ensuring that all customer service requests are completed in a timely manner.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and two or more years of experience in an IT support role. They should have experience working with various software systems, such as EPIC, and possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will also have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks.
