4. Collaborate with team members and clients to understand business needs and provide effective solutions.
5. Serve as a subject matter expert for Epic Professional Billing and HIM (Release of Information) modules.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends in healthcare billing and health information management.
7. Develop and implement training programs for team members and clients on Epic software and related processes.
8. Support and troubleshoot any technical issues related to Epic software for clients.
9. Assist in testing and implementing new features and updates to Epic software.
10. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide timely updates and progress reports.
11. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks while meeting deadlines.
12. Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
13. Ensure all work is in compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
14. Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
15. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate successful project delivery.
