  1. Develop, implement, and maintain Epic Mirth Interface Engine for multiple clients.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design efficient and effective interface solutions.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot interface issues to ensure seamless communication between different healthcare systems.
  4. Perform regular maintenance and updates to the interface engine to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Conduct testing and validation of new interfaces and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  6. Provide ongoing support for clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving interface-related problems.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices related to Epic Mirth Interface Engine.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
  9. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all interface processes and configurations.
  10. Train and educate team members and clients on the use and maintenance of the interface engine.
  11. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to interface operations.
  12. Continuously review and improve processes and procedures related to interface management.
  13. Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot complex interface issues.
  14. Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation for interface-related projects.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Epic Mirth Interface Engine: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Epic Mirth Interface Engine, Including Designing, Building, And Troubleshooting Interfaces.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Data Standards And Protocols: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Standards Such As Hl7, Ccd, And Fhir, As Well As Experience With Various Protocols Like Tcp/Ip, Https, And Ftp.

  • Proficient In Interface Development And Scripting Languages: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Skills In Interface Development Using Languages Such As Javascript, Java, And Sql, As Well As Experience Working With Scripting Languages Like Python And Powershell.

  • Experience With Epic Ehr: Prior Experience Working With Epic Ehr And A Deep Understanding Of Its Data Structures And Workflows Is Essential For This Role.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Analytical Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Interface Issues. They Should Also Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Address Potential Issues Before They Arise.
