Job Description

Accenture is seeking an Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive Epic Inpatient and clinical documentation experience, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful individual must be an innovative thinker, able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a passion for delivering quality results. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a customer-centric attitude and a drive to exceed expectations.The Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation Consultant at Accenture is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of clinical documentation and Epic Inpatient. The successful candidate must possess an Associates Degree or higher in Health Information Technology, Medical Coding, or a related field and have at least two years of experience working with Epic Inpatient in a clinical setting. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess a knowledge of coding standards and principles and have experience in data analytics and reporting. An understanding of healthcare delivery models, clinical workflows, and experience with EMRs is also essential. Finally, the Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation Consultant must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
