1. Analyze and configure Epic Cupid/Radiant applications and systems.

3. Assist clients with troubleshooting Epic Cupid/Radiant related issues.
4. Develop and implement training materials and programs related to Epic Cupid/Radiant systems.
5. Develop and document Epic Cupid/Radiant systems and processes.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare clients and vendors.
7. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
8. Monitor performance of Epic Cupid/Radiant systems and make recommendations for improvement.
9. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely resolutions to client issues.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Epic Cupid/Radiant systems and technologies.
