Job Description

We are looking for an Epic Cupid / Radiant Consultant to join our team at Accenture! If you have a passion for improving healthcare, and experience with Epic Cupid and Radiant systems, then this is the job for you!The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Epic Cupid and Radiant systems, as well as experience with clinical processes in a healthcare setting. In addition, we are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent problem solving and communication skills. You must be a self-starter and have the ability to think on your feet in order to effectively troubleshoot any issues that may arise.The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that all Epic Cupid and Radiant systems are working efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot Epic Cupid and Radiant systems to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Design and implement new processes to improve healthcare systems.
  3. Monitor and maintain existing Epic Cupid and Radiant systems.
  4. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of all system configurations and changes.
  5. Provide technical assistance to users and other team members.
  6. Identify and resolve bugs or errors in the Epic Cupid and Radiant systems.
  7. Work closely with other IT professionals to ensure the effective functioning of the system.
  8. Participate in system design and implementation meetings, as well as other training sessions.
  9. Assist in user support and training for Epic Cupid and Radiant systems.
  10. Perform all other duties, as assigned.
