Epic Ambulatory Consultant

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Epic Ambulatory Consultant to join Accenture's growing team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong Epic certification in ambulatory and an in-depth understanding of healthcare IT. We are seeking a talented consultant who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to collaborate with clients, and has a creative approach to problem-solving. This individual should have a deep expertise in the Epic ambulatory application suite, including build, configuration, testing, and go-live support. Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in regards to Epic Ambulatory applications.
2. Guide clients through the build, configuration, testing and go-live processes for Epic Ambulatory applications.
3. Develop and implement technical solutions to meet client requirements in a timely manner.
4. Provide expertise and guidance to clients on best practices for using Epic Ambulatory applications.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as they arise.
6. Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of Epic Ambulatory applications.
7. Design and develop custom reports, queries, and interfaces as needed.
8. Lead training sessions and provide support and guidance to end users.
9. Monitor the performance of the Epic Ambulatory applications and remain abreast of new developments and changes to the system.
10. Document and update system processes and procedures.
