Job Description

Accenture is looking for an Epic Ambulatory Consultant who will bring a unique combination of technical expertise and expert communication skills to our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare and be passionate about implementing and optimizing Epic Ambulatory solutions. The Epic Ambulatory Consultant will be responsible for understanding customer objectives and helping to develop, implement, and support Epic Ambulatory solutions.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field• 5+ years of experience as an Epic Ambulatory Consultant or a similar role in a healthcare setting• Expert knowledge of Epic Ambulatory, healthcare operations, and related systems• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and industry best practices• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities:

  1. Work with customers to understand their objectives and develop, implement, and support Epic Ambulatory solutions.
  2. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions.
  3. Train customers on the use of Epic Ambulatory solutions.
  4. Monitor and analyze user feedback and system performance.
  5. Work with stakeholders to develop policies and procedures for Epic Ambulatory solutions.
  6. Provide technical support and maintenance of Epic Ambulatory systems.
  7. Keep up to date on HIPAA regulations and industry best practices.
  8. Travel up to 50% of the time.
