- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure successful execution of Medicare enrollment programs at Accenture.
- Oversee and manage a team of enrollment specialists to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the enrollment process.
- Monitor and analyze enrollment data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date on Medicare regulations and policies to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of enrollment processes with other business operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and government agencies, to ensure successful partnerships and program delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities, to foster a high-performing team culture.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of enrollment programs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Medicare enrollment processes and regulations, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide updates and insights on enrollment programs and progress towards goals.
- Lead and participate in meetings, presentations, and trainings related to Medicare enrollment.

In-Depth Knowledge Of Medicare Enrollment Processes And Regulations: The Director Of Medicare Enrollment Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Complex And Ever-Changing Enrollment Processes And Regulations Of Medicare.
Years Of Experience In Healthcare And/Or Insurance Industry: A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In The Healthcare Or Insurance Industry, With A Focus On Medicare Enrollment, Is Typically Required For This Role. This Experience Should Include Leadership And Management Experience.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Director Of Medicare Enrollment Will Be Responsible For Overseeing And Managing Large-Scale Enrollment Projects. Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Execute Projects Effectively, Are Essential For This Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Leader, The Director Of Medicare Enrollment Will Be Required To Communicate With Various Stakeholders, Both Internal And External.
