  6. Monitor project progress and budget: Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  7. Train and mentor team members: Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in digital technologies and project management.
  8. Identify and mitigate risks: Identify potential risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
  9. Participate in business development activities: Collaborate with business development teams to identify new opportunities and develop proposals to expand our digital services and equipment business.
