  1. Develop and implement innovative and effective digital platform solutions.
  2. Lead and manage a team of architects to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies to continuously improve and evolve our platform architecture.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and requirements.
  5. Strategize and plan the long-term roadmap for our digital platforms.
  6. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools for use in our platform architecture.
  7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, executives, and team members.
  10. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to platform architecture.
  11. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of our platform architecture.
  12. Present and defend architectural decisions to key stakeholders.
  13. Collaborate with project managers to define project scope and deliverables.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Digital Platform Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have 10+ Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Digital Platform Architectures For Large Enterprises. This Includes Deep Knowledge Of Cloud-Native Technologies, Microservices, Apis, And Containerization.

  • Strong Business Acumen: The Digital Platform Architecture Principal Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing Business Cases And Presenting Them To Senior Stakeholders.

  • Proficient In Multiple Technologies: The Candidate Should Have A Broad Range Of Technical Skills And Experience Working With Different Technology Stacks, Such As Java, .Net, Python, And Javascript. They Should Also Have Experience With Different Cloud Platforms, Such As Aws, Azure, And Google Cloud.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Digital Platform Architecture Principal Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Architects And Developers, And Therefore, Should Have Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills. This Includes The Ability To Mentor And Coach Team Members, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Key Member Of The Accenture Team, The Digital Platform Architecture Principal Will Be Required To Communicate And Present Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
