  1. Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  3. Monitor and analyze data protection processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data protection and AI security and implement best practices.
  5. Provide guidance and training to employees on data protection measures and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of AI systems and data.
  7. Conduct regular audits to identify any potential security risks and develop plans to address them.
  8. Respond to security incidents and breaches in a timely and effective manner.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure the security of client data.
  10. Communicate with clients to provide updates on data protection measures and address any concerns or questions.
  11. Stay informed about changes in data protection laws and regulations and make necessary updates to policies and procedures.
  12. Manage a team of data protection and AI security professionals and provide guidance and support as needed.
  13. Work with clients to understand their specific data protection needs and develop customized solutions.
  14. Collaborate with IT teams to implement secure data storage and transfer processes.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve data protection and AI security measures to ensure the highest level of protection for clients' sensitive data.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Data Protection Regulations: The Data Protection & Ai Security Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Data Protection Laws And Regulations, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa, To Ensure Compliance And Protect Sensitive Data.

  • Experience With Ai Security: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Implementing Security Measures For Artificial Intelligence Systems, Including Identifying Potential Vulnerabilities And Ensuring Data Privacy In Ai Models.

  • Strong It Security Background: A Background In It Security, Including Knowledge Of Encryption, Firewalls, And Intrusion Detection Systems, Is Crucial For Managing And Securing Data In A Fast-Paced Technology Environment.

  • Risk Management Skills: The Data Protection & Ai Security Manager Should Be Able To Assess Potential Risks To Data And Develop Strategies To Mitigate Them. This Includes Creating Incident Response Plans And Conducting Risk Assessments.

  • Communication And Team Management Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate Security Policies And Procedures To Team Members And Stakeholders. They Should Also Have Experience Managing A Team And Overseeing Projects Related To Data Protection And Ai Security.
