- Develop and implement data protection and AI security strategies to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our clients' data and AI systems.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest data protection and AI security best practices and regulations, and proactively make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security threats and develop mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data protection and AI security measures are integrated into all aspects of our clients' systems and processes.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure that data protection and AI security requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and analyze data protection and AI security metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of our processes and procedures.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on data protection and AI security best practices and ensure compliance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for all data protection and AI security-related inquiries.
- Lead incident response and remediation efforts in the event of a security breach or incident.
- Foster a culture of security awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with external consultants and vendors to stay informed of emerging trends and technologies in data protection and AI security.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Knowledge Of Data Protection Laws: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Data Protection Laws And Regulations, Such As Gdpr, Ccpa, And Hipaa. They Should Be Able To Ensure Compliance With These Laws While Also Implementing Best Practices For Data Protection.
Experience With Ai Security: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Security Measures For Ai Systems, Including Data Encryption, Access Controls, And Vulnerability Management. They Should Also Have A Deep Understanding Of Ai Technologies And Their Potential Security Risks.
Risk Management Skills: As A Data Protection & Ai Security Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Mitigating Potential Security Risks. They Should Have Strong Risk Management Skills, Including The Ability To Conduct Risk Assessments, Develop Risk Management Plans, And Implement Security Controls.
Communication And Collaboration: This Role Requires The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders. The Candidate Should Also Be Able To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Work Closely With Clients To Understand Their Data Protection And Security Needs.
