  1. Develop and implement data protection strategies and policies for Accenture clients.
  2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to data protection and AI security.
  3. Advise clients on best practices for protecting their valuable data and mitigating security risks.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improving data protection and AI security measures.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure AI solutions.
  6. Monitor and analyze data protection and AI security metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  7. Train and educate employees on data protection and AI security best practices.
  8. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with data protection and AI security policies and regulations.
  9. Stay informed on emerging technologies and incorporate them into data protection and AI security strategies.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to internal teams and clients on data protection and AI security matters.
  11. Lead incident response and recovery efforts in the event of a data breach or security incident.
  12. Continuously assess and improve data protection and AI security processes and procedures.
  13. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their data protection and AI security needs and address any concerns.
  14. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Data Protection Laws And Regulations: A Qualified Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Data Protection Laws Such As Gdpr, Ccpa, And Other Relevant Regulations To Ensure Compliance And Mitigate Risks.

  • Extensive Experience In Ai Security: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Ai Security Measures, Including Secure Data Handling, Encryption, And Privacy-Enhancing Technologies.

  • Technical Expertise: The Data Protection & Ai Security Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Ai Technologies And Their Associated Security Risks. This Includes Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, And Computer Vision.

  • Risk Management Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Risk Management Skills To Identify Potential Security Threats And Develop Effective Strategies To Mitigate Them. This Involves Conducting Risk Assessments, Developing Security Policies, And Implementing Security Controls.

  • Communication And Leadership Abilities: As A Manager, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously. This Includes The Ability To Train And Mentor Team Members On Data Protection And Ai Security Best Practices.
