  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and sales, to facilitate the contract review and approval process.

  9. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement negotiation strategies that align with business objectives.
  10. Provide guidance and support to other team members on contract-related matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Contract Negotiation And Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Legal And Regulatory Requirements Related To Contract Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Negotiate And Build Relationships With Clients And Vendors.

  • Proficiency In Contract Management Software, Such As Ariba Or Salesforce, And Familiarity With Project Management Methodologies.
