Job Description

We are seeking candidates that will help support rapidly growing client tools within a social media platform by analyzing and annotating data and trends while adhering to a specific set of guidelines. Analyze, annotate, and categorize data on taxonomy tool and other client tools. Understand client policies and guidelines. Make decisions according to the defined policies and procedures. Identify improvement opportunities and suggest solutions. Provide guideline and tool feedback. Meet team metrics assigned. Interface effectively with internal and client teams.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months experience with Customer Service or Content Review

  • Familiar with and a user of social media products

  • Able to work in multiple tools web browser windows at one time
