  1. Develop and maintain data streaming and real-time analytics solutions using Confluent Kafka.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge projects.
  3. Utilize your expertise in Confluent Kafka to provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  4. Stay updated on the latest developments in data streaming and real-time analytics, and proactively suggest innovative solutions.
  5. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to Confluent Kafka and provide timely resolutions.
  6. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  7. Design and implement efficient data processing pipelines to support real-time data streaming.
  8. Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of data streaming solutions.
  9. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet client expectations.
  10. Continuously improve the existing data streaming solutions and identify opportunities for optimization.
  11. Keep track of project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members on Confluent Kafka and best practices for data streaming.
  13. Maintain documentation and ensure the codebase is well-organized and easily maintainable.
  14. Proactively identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
  15. Attend conferences and networking events to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Apache Kafka And Confluent Platform: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Core Concepts And Components Of Kafka, As Well As The Additional Features And Tools Offered By Confluent Platform.

  • Experience With Designing And Implementing Kafka-Based Solutions: The Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience In Designing And Deploying Kafka-Based Solutions For Real-Time Data Streaming, Messaging, And Event-Driven Architectures.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Used With Kafka: The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Programming Languages Such As Java, Scala, Or Python, Which Are Commonly Used In Developing Kafka Applications.

  • Understanding Of Distributed Systems And Cloud Technologies: As Kafka Is A Distributed System, The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Distributed Computing Concepts And Experience With Cloud Platforms Such As Aws, Azure, Or Gcp.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Analytical Skills And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues In A Timely Manner. They Should Also Have Experience In Performance Tuning And Optimization Of Kafka Clusters.
