  1. Develop and implement solutions using Confluent Kafka technology to meet client business needs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze complex business requirements and propose efficient solutions.
  3. Design, code, test, and debug complex applications using Confluent Kafka and its related technologies.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Confluent Kafka implementation and integration.
  5. Continuously enhance and maintain existing Confluent Kafka-based systems to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
  6. Stay updated with the latest Confluent Kafka features and updates and identify opportunities to incorporate them into client solutions.
  7. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  8. Communicate and present technical solutions to clients and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to existing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  10. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  11. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to Confluent Kafka and related technologies.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members on Confluent Kafka development practices and techniques.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards while executing job duties.
  14. Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise in client meetings and presentations.
  15. Participate in conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Understanding Of Confluent Kafka: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Confluent Kafka And Its Core Concepts Such As Topics, Partitions, Brokers, And Consumer Groups.

  • Experience In Designing And Implementing Kafka-Based Solutions: The Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience In Designing And Implementing Kafka-Based Solutions, Including Data Ingestion, Streaming Analytics, And Event-Driven Architectures.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages: Candidates Should Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Java, Scala, And Python, As Well As Have Experience In Building Distributed Systems And Microservices.

  • Knowledge Of Kafka Ecosystem: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Kafka Ecosystem, Including Other Tools Such As Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, And Kafka Schema Registry.

  • Familiarity With Cloud Platforms: Experience Working With Cloud Platforms Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud Platform Is Highly Desirable, As Most Kafka Deployments Are Now Moving To The Cloud. Knowledge Of Containerization Technologies Like Docker And Kubernetes Is Also A Plus.
