  1. Design, develop, and implement solutions using Confluent Kafka to meet project requirements.
  2. Collaborate with team members to identify and troubleshoot issues related to Confluent Kafka.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Confluent Kafka technology and provide recommendations for its implementation.
  4. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for Confluent Kafka projects.
  5. Work closely with project managers and clients to understand business needs and requirements.
  6. Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Confluent Kafka integration.
  8. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
  9. Continuously improve processes and procedures related to Confluent Kafka development.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on Confluent Kafka best practices and techniques.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Confluent Kafka with other technologies.
  12. Stay updated with industry trends and provide innovative solutions using Confluent Kafka.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients to ensure project success.
  14. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality solutions within the designated time frame.
  15. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the overall quality of the project.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Understanding Of Apache Kafka Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Kafka's Distributed Messaging System, Including Topics, Partitions, Producers, And Consumers.

  • Experience With Confluent Platform: The Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience Working With The Confluent Platform, Including Kafka Connect, Ksql, And Schema Registry.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, And Scala, Which Are Commonly Used For Kafka Development.

  • Data Streaming And Real-Time Processing Skills: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Building Real-Time Data Pipelines Using Kafka And Other Streaming Technologies.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Kafka Clusters: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Troubleshooting And Optimizing Kafka Clusters To Ensure High Availability, Scalability, And Performance. This Includes Knowledge Of Monitoring Tools And Troubleshooting Techniques.
