  1. Design and develop high-quality Kafka solutions for clients, using your expertise in Confluent Kafka.
  2. Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Kafka.
  3. Implement real-time data streaming and analytics solutions using Confluent Kafka.
  4. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in Confluent Kafka development.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Kafka implementations.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines.
  7. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve solution quality.
  8. Continuously improve and optimize Kafka solutions to enhance performance and scalability.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and any potential roadblocks.
  10. Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  11. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to existing Kafka solutions.
  12. Mentor and guide junior team members to help them develop their Confluent Kafka skills.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on Confluent Kafka, providing guidance and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards while delivering projects.
  15. Continuously learn and stay updated on new technologies and tools related to Kafka and data streaming.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Understanding Of Apache Kafka And Confluent Platform: A Confluent Kafka Developer At Accenture Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Core Concepts Of Apache Kafka And The Confluent Platform, Including Topics, Partitions, Brokers, Producers, Consumers, And Connectors.

  • Experience With Writing And Optimizing Kafka Streaming Applications: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Developing And Optimizing Streaming Applications Using Kafka, With A Focus On Performance And Scalability.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, Scala, Or Python: As A Confluent Kafka Developer, One Must Be Proficient In Writing Code Using Popular Programming Languages Such As Java, Scala, Or Python, To Develop And Maintain Kafka-Based Applications.

  • Knowledge Of Data Integration And Etl Tools: Accenture Seeks Candidates Who Have Experience With Data Integration And Etl Tools, As Well As The Ability To Design And Implement Data Pipelines Using Kafka And Other Related Technologies.
