  1. Design and develop efficient and scalable solutions using the Confluent Kafka platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Troubleshoot and debug issues in data streaming and real-time processing applications.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Confluent Kafka technology.
  5. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  6. Implement best practices and standards for data streaming and real-time processing.
  7. Optimize data pipelines and workflows for maximum performance and efficiency.
  8. Continuously monitor and maintain the health of Confluent Kafka clusters.
  9. Document all development processes, procedures, and configurations.
  10. Mentor and train junior developers on Confluent Kafka and related technologies.
  11. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
  12. Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or roadblocks in the development process.
  13. Communicate project status, progress, and any potential risks to project leads and managers.
  14. Keep track of project timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  15. Continuously improve and optimize existing applications for better performance and reliability.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience Working With Confluent Kafka, Including Installation, Configuration, And Maintenance.

  • Strong Understanding Of Apache Kafka Architecture And Concepts, Including Topics, Partitions, Producers, And Consumers.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Commonly Used With Kafka, Such As Java, Scala, And Python.

  • Experience With Integrating Kafka With Other Systems And Technologies, Such As Databases, Data Lakes, And Streaming Analytics Platforms.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Complex Kafka-Based Solutions, Including High Availability And Disaster Recovery Strategies.
