  1. Serve as a consultant to clients on capital projects and data center strategies, providing expert advice and guidance.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and requirements, identifying areas for improvement and developing effective solutions.
  3. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  4. Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform decision making.
  5. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates and ensure project objectives are met.
  6. Lead and manage project teams, delegating tasks and providing guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in capital projects and data center management, and incorporate them into project strategies.
  8. Collaborate with technology teams to integrate digital solutions into project plans and strategies.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in project delivery, taking proactive measures to ensure project success.
  10. Communicate and present project findings and recommendations to clients and senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
  11. Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service.
  12. Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
  13. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience In The Design And Implementation Of Data Center Infrastructure, Including Servers, Storage, Networking, And Virtualization Technologies.

  • Proven Track Record In Managing And Delivering Large-Scale Capital Projects, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, Risk Management, And Vendor Management.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Data Center Operations, Including Security, Disaster Recovery, And Business Continuity.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Project Teams, And Senior Leadership.

  • Extensive Experience In Providing Strategic Advisory Services To Clients, Including Identifying Business Requirements, Developing Technology Roadmaps, And Recommending Innovative Solutions To Drive Business Value.
