  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and growth in the BPO sales department.
  2. Manage and lead a team of BPO sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform business decisions.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  6. Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  8. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  9. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and services.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations in all sales activities.
  11. Communicate and collaborate effectively with senior management to provide updates on sales performance and opportunities.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the BPO sales department.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Bpo Sales, Preferably In A Leadership Or Senior Management Role. This Experience Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
