Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Bpo Sales, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Management Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Deep Understanding Of Bpo Industry Trends And Market Dynamics.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Sales Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Stakeholders, And Internal Teams.
