  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and expand our BPO offerings.

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized BPO solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  5. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Track and report on sales metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
  8. Mentor and train junior sales team members to improve their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  9. Represent Accenture at industry events and conferences to promote our BPO offerings and build brand awareness.
  10. Continuously seek out new ways to improve and streamline the sales process.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Bpo Sales, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Representatives, With The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Bpo Industry, Including Trends, Challenges, And Competitive Landscape.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field. An Mba Is Preferred.
