Welcome to Accenture! We are a global professional services company and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Blue Yonder Assortment & Space Management Solution Architect. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and help our clients optimize their assortment and space management processes using Blue Yonder software. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in solution architecture, as well as a deep understanding of the retail industry.   1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Blue Yonder software and its capabilities, as well as the retail industry and its current trends and challenges.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their assortment and space management needs and provide expert recommendations for implementing Blue Yonder solutions.
  3. Design and architect comprehensive Blue Yonder solutions that align with clients' business objectives and maximize the value of the software.
  4. Lead the implementation of Blue Yonder solutions, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes.
  5. Stay up-to-date with new features and updates within Blue Yonder software and provide recommendations for incorporating them into clients' solutions.
  6. Train and mentor team members on Blue Yonder software and solution architecture best practices.
  7. Liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and developers, to ensure all project requirements are met and any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  8. Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of Blue Yonder solutions.
  9. Stay informed about industry developments and participate in relevant conferences and events to enhance knowledge and expertise in the retail industry and Blue Yonder software.
  10. Deliver exceptional customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing timely and effective communication, and consistently meeting or exceeding their expectations.
  11. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within clients' assortment and space management processes using Blue Yonder software.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and best practices, to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions and services.
  13. Continuously evaluate and enhance Blue Yonder solution offerings to meet the evolving needs of clients and stay ahead of the competition.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of solution architecture, project plans, and any relevant project-related information.
  15. Represent the company as a subject matter expert in Blue Yonder software and solution architecture at client meetings, conferences, and other events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Space Management And Assortment Planning Solutions, Preferably With Blue Yonder (Formerly Jda) Software

  • Proven Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Solutions For Retail Or Consumer Goods Clients

  • Strong Knowledge Of Retail Industry Trends And Best Practices In Space Management And Assortment Planning

  • Excellent Communication And Client-Facing Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage Project Teams To Deliver Successful Solutions.
