- Develop security strategies: The consultant will work closely with clients to develop comprehensive security strategies and plans for their application modernization projects, taking into account their unique needs and requirements.
- Implement security measures: The consultant will be responsible for implementing security measures and controls to protect client's applications and systems from cyber threats and attacks.
- Stay updated on security trends: It will be the consultant's responsibility to stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to their work to ensure the highest levels of security for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure security is integrated into all stages of the application modernization process.
- Provide recommendations: Based on their security assessments, the consultant will provide recommendations to clients on how to improve their security posture and mitigate potential risks.

Strong Understanding Of Modern Application Security Principles And Best Practices. This Includes Knowledge Of Owasp Top 10 Vulnerabilities, Secure Coding Practices, And Secure Development Life Cycle Methodologies.
Experience With Application Security Assessments And Remediation, Including Vulnerability Scanning, Penetration Testing, And Code Reviews. This Includes The Ability To Identify And Prioritize Security Risks, Recommend Remediation Strategies, And Provide Clear And Actionable Recommendations To Clients.
Knowledge Of Cloud Security Concepts And Experience Securing Applications In Cloud Environments. This Includes Understanding Of Cloud Security Controls, Such As Iam, Network Security, And Data Encryption, As Well As Knowledge Of Common Cloud Platforms Like Aws, Azure, And Google Cloud.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders. This Includes Experience Presenting To Clients, Providing Training And Guidance To Development Teams, And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Implement Security Solutions.
Relevant Certifications In Application Security, Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (Csslp), Or Giac Secure Software Programmer (Gssp). These Certifications Demonstrate A Deep Understanding Of Application Security Principles And A Commitment To Staying Current With Industry Trends And Advancements.
