Agile PM/Scrum Master Specialist
The Scrum Master Specialist is responsible for bringing the latest innovation and technology ideas to plan, deliver and execute technology solutions for Accenture or its clients. Work to ensure appropriate resources are mobilized and delivery meets operational, contractual, and economic commitments. Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Uses considerable judgment to determine solutions and seeks guidance on complex problems. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers/ and or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Scrum Master
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)
Hands on experience or Knowledge of Scrums of Scrums/Complex ecosystem
Experience with working with distributed Agile teams
JIRA/Confluence
Agile methodologies
