- Identify Training Needs: The Training Coordinator will be responsible for identifying the training needs of our employees through conducting needs assessments and gathering feedback from various departments.
- Develop Training Programs: Working closely with subject matter experts, the Training Coordinator will design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Implement Training Programs: The Training Coordinator will be responsible for implementing training programs through scheduling, coordinating logistics, and communicating with employees about the training.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: It will be the responsibility of the Training Coordinator to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through gathering feedback, conducting assessments, and analyzing data.
- Provide Feedback and Recommendations: The Training Coordinator will provide feedback and recommendations to improve training programs based on evaluation results and employee feedback.
- Maintain Training Records: The Training Coordinator will maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees, including attendance, completion, and evaluation results.

- Collaborate with HR and Department Managers: The Training Coordinator will work closely with HR and department managers to ensure training programs align with company policies, procedures, and goals.
- Uphold a Positive Learning Environment: The Training Coordinator will create and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for employees, ensuring their success and development.
- Manage Training Budget: The Training Coordinator will manage the training budget and make recommendations for cost-effective training solutions.
- Support Employee Development: In addition to training programs, the Training Coordinator will support employee development through identifying and coordinating other learning opportunities, such as job shadowing or mentoring.
- Communicate Training Opportunities: The Training Coordinator will effectively communicate training opportunities to employees and promote participation in training programs.
- Ensure
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Effectively Train And Present To Diverse Audiences.
Demonstrated Proficiency In Project Management, Organization, And Attention To Detail.
