- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment by implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with employees and leaders through effective communication and active listening.
- Support and implement HR policies and procedures at the site level.
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance within the site.
- Collaborate with HR team and site management to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on resolution.
- Conduct investigations and facilitate disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees.
- Administer and maintain accurate employee records and data.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Participate in and lead training sessions on HR topics for employees and managers.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee development.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with external partners, such as labor unions and employment agencies.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the site remains competitive in talent attraction and retention.
- Represent the company and its values in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Employment Laws And Regulations.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Hr Experience, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Team Members At All Levels Of The Organization.
Experience In Managing Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Talent Acquisition Processes.
