- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of products, processes, and services to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality control measures throughout the organization.
- Train and educate employees on quality assurance procedures and standards to promote a culture of quality excellence.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, inspection reports, and quality metrics.
- Communicate quality goals, metrics, and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of quality.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost-saving initiatives in the quality assurance department.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols related to quality assurance activities.
- Represent the company in external quality audits and certifications.
- Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization and foster a mindset of continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In A Similar Industry Or Environment.
Knowledge And Experience With Quality Management Systems And Processes, Including Iso 9001 And Six Sigma.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Quality Issues Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities, With The Ability To Train And Motivate A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments To Improve Quality Processes.
