
Quality Assurance Manager

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of company processes, services, and products to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality control measures and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Communicate quality standards and expectations to all team members and hold them accountable for meeting these standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential quality-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments to quality assurance processes.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality assurance activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of the company's quality assurance program.
- Lead by example and create a culture of quality excellence within the organization.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop and achieve quality-related goals and objectives.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Management Role.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Or Business Administration.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Manage A Team.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 9001 And Six Sigma Methodologies.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Maintaining Quality Assurance Processes And Procedures, Resulting In Improved Efficiency And Customer Satisfaction.
