- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Conduct regular audits of procurement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on procurement activities and cost-saving initiatives.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Train and mentor junior procurement staff, as needed.
- Adhere to all ethical standards and legal requirements in procurement activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management team.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Preferably In A Facilities Management Or Similar Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Strong Negotiation Skills And The Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers.
Knowledge Of Procurement Best Practices And Experience With Strategic Sourcing And Contract Management.
Proficiency In Procurement Software And Erp Systems, As Well As Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
