As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a vital role in sourcing and purchasing goods and services for our organization. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of procurement processes and a keen eye for identifying cost-saving opportunities.   1. Source and purchase goods and services for ABM Industries in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality and competitive pricing.
  3. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with vendors to achieve cost savings for the company.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and forecast future needs to ensure adequate stock levels.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
  6. Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and provide support and guidance.
  7. Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices to continuously improve procurement processes.
  8. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and vendor management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management.
