  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
  3. Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  4. Manage relationships with existing and potential vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to ensure procurement processes are aligned with business needs.
  7. Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  8. Review and approve purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and adherence to budget guidelines.
  9. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, such as bulk purchasing and negotiating volume discounts.
  10. Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews to ensure quality and efficiency.
  11. Keep abreast of changes in procurement regulations and laws to ensure compliance.
  12. Train and mentor junior procurement team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  13. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management regarding procurement activities and performance.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Policies, Processes, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Negotiation Skills And Ability To Build Relationships With Suppliers.

  • Proficiency In Procurement Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Microsoft Excel.
