- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure the best terms and pricing for the company.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities, including supplier information, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and prices to identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations, throughout the procurement process.
- Manage supplier relationships, including addressing any issues or concerns, and maintaining open communication to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of supplier performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing quality and reliability.
- Work closely with the finance department to track and report on procurement expenses and budget utilization.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in procurement to continuously improve the company's supply chain processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Best Practices, Contract Negotiation, And Supplier Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Vendors And Internal Stakeholders.
Familiarity With Purchasing Systems And Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
