- Oversee a team of valet drivers and ensure they are trained and equipped to provide exceptional service to clients.
- Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients and team members.
- Lead by example and provide guidance and support to team members to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the parking area, ensuring it is safe and presentable for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or issues they may have.
- Create and maintain schedules for valet drivers to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency.
- Ensure all vehicles are securely parked and keys are properly stored.
- Train new valet drivers on company policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to valet drivers to promote growth and development.
- Handle any customer service issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles parked and retrieved.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both clients and team members.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations.

Previous Experience In A Supervisory Role: A Lead Parking Valet Driver Should Have Prior Experience In A Leadership Position, Preferably In The Parking Or Transportation Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Handle Any Issues That May Arise.
