- Oversee and manage a team of janitorial staff to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of clients' facilities.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Train new janitorial staff on company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained according to company standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Handle and resolve any client concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Previous Supervisory Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Managing A Team Of Janitorial Staff In A Commercial Or Industrial Setting.
Knowledge Of Cleaning Equipment And Products: A Janitorial Supervisor Should Be Familiar With The Various Cleaning Tools And Chemicals Used In The Industry, As Well As Proper Usage And Safety Protocols.
